- Services Call handling / Perform Preventive Maintenance/ Perform Installation and Inspection
- Travel to customer location within the agreed hour specified in the SLA section under the services and maintenance agreement
- Perform problem analysis/diagnostic to determine the problem’s cause and then fix the problem.
- Engineer must return the defective spare part to the store within an agreed time frame
- Manage assigned tasks in the neighbourhood that they are responsible for.
- Performs technical service and/or post-sale support for hardware.
- Assists in services activities including systems assurance, installation, account management, basic problem determination, discontinuance and relocation.
Requirements
- Male, 20 years old and above
- Graduated with a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Computer
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Have good ability to solve problems at hand.
- Can work shifts, weekends, or holidays.
- Have a private vehicle (motorcycle/ car)
- Own a driving license
- Complete military service
