- Identify any commercial opportunities and promote business with existing and new clients.
- Developing relationships with customers, and building business networks.
- Initiating, selling and marketing outsourcing services to customers.
- Meeting with customers to introduce company services.
- Working with fellow team members to provide service quotations and handle negotiations.
- Working to assist the recruitment team in developing client relationships.
- Ensuring that the sales quality and quantity to new clients are optimized and that routine sales and marketing systems are carried out to a pre-agreed schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3 years experience in recruitment or outsourcing background
- Good written and communication in English language.
- Experience in business development, managing sales or marketing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional computer & presentation skills
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Extremely well-organized
- Able to travel to provinces in Thailand.
