- Monitor ATM Status: Track the operational status of all ATMs, including cash levels, transaction activity, and network connectivity.
- Resolve Issues: Address problems such as ATM outages, withdrawal issues, and other malfunctions by coordinating with technical teams and field services.
- Security Checks: Ensure the security of ATMs to prevent attacks, such as theft or unauthorized device installations.
- Analyze Transaction Data: Analyze transaction data to identify usage trends and detect any unusual activities.
- Coordinate Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of ATMs, including cash replenishment, repairs, and software updates.
- Prepare Reports: Create reports on ATM operational status, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken to inform management.
- User Support: Provide information and support to users regarding problems or inquiries related to ATM usage.
Requirements
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor’s degree in computer, Telecom Engineering or related fields
- Works closely with the customer or with the vendor until resolution.
- 1-3 years of experience in computer network
- Knowledge and experience in Cisco technology. (routing/switching, bgp, mpls)
- Can work as a shift
- Ability to work during the night time on operations and urgent cases, and provide on-duty support in Bangkok during weekends and public holidays.
